These protection modules are designed to protect telephone and data lines. The surge protection function, based on a gas discharge tube/diode combination, is for one pair. The EDL... and LSA... are plugable for fast and easy maintenance and inspection. The EDL... compact module is installed on a symmetrical DIN rail. Versions exist for most telephone and automation lines.
